Refunds & Return Policy

Every order we receive is unique as per the image and preferred size ordered. Canvases are printed ONLY on receipt of your order, and we do not keep printed canvas in stock.


Although we try our level best to ship your ordered product/s correctly, there might be the occasional occurrence when the shipping of orders may go wrong. If your order was shipped incorrectly, immediately report the incorrect product delivery (the moment of receiving and discovering the problem) together with photographic proof thereof to pieterbont@gmail.com.

Photographic proof of an incorrect delivery or a damaged product, needs to be reported on the same day when the package was received.  The following information is mandatory, and NO exceptions will

A clear photo of the signed waybill of the courier company, clearly displaying the customer’s name, address, date, and time of delivery.

A clear photo of incorrect product as well as a close-up image of the damage(s).

No replacements will be given if the damaged product is not reported on the same day.

PLEASE NOTE:

All prints are checked for colour correctness and print quality before the canvas is mounted onto the frame.

Colours are matched against the original photo quality.

Please note that the colours of the product ordered may slightly differ from the website’s display. Different devices and screens may display the actual color grading of the photo in different ways.

If an order is incorrectly shipped, we will arrange for the pickup and re-send the correct product to the customer an no extra cost.

If a product was received in a damaged condition and the necessary reporting and proof is legit, we will gladly re-print the product and ship it to the client. The damaged product will be collected by the courier company and must be returned to us.

NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE DONE.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.

If you want to cancel, please send an email, or contact me within 2 hours after the placement of your online order. On receipt of the official and successful online order, the images are sent for printing within 3-4 hours. Printing is done in batches and there is not a specific timeline or a specific order in which the images will be printed.

Therefore, if your order is already printed, it CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
